Assistant Sales Lady

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Internal sales and quoting per ADS supplied by the salesmen and branches.
  • Assisting the sales manager/s with tenders.
  • Learning the procedures for export sales, and assisting the Export Sales Manager with quotations.
  • Follow up of quotations.
  • Sales analysis - follow up on quotations and monitoring hit rates etc.
  • Assisting spares manager as and when required with quotations.
  • Assist with tidying up the various Power Point Presentations as and when required.

Personal and Skills Requirements

  • The post is suitable for a lady with the following attributes:
  • At least a grade 12 qualification.
  • 2 years job experience in a similar environment. 
  • The company operates within the engineering and mining environment. 
  • Applicants must have a technical sales background.
  • Be perfectly conversant with the entire Microsoft office suite (Excel,Word, Outlook, Power Point, Access etc) especially wrt Word processing and the drafting of and the formulation of Excell generated tables and quotes - the candidate will be tested on this.
  • The candidate must friendly and fluent in English.

Starting ASAP.

A 3 month probation period is compulsory.
