- [Company] . is currently seeking a Senior Environmental Practice Leader, specializing in Air Services for the Gainesville office. This energetic seller/doer will manage and grow a successful environmental practice specializing in air services. This position offers the opportunity to grow and expand the practice with existing clients and develop new clients, and will require this individual have a proven track record of continued success in an environmental consulting role.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Performing and directing others to perform a variety of tasks (e.g., field studies; engineering calculations; development of emission estimates; preparation of reports, proposals, and applications; review and interpretation of regulations);
- Having a working knowledge of federal and state regulations and procedures, particularly as they relate to New Source Review for major and minor sources;
- Preparing permit applications under Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Non-attainment rules, including emission control technology reviews for regulated criteria and hazardous air pollutants; the application of national emission standards [e.g., New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants NESHAP)]; and
- Having a general knowledge of the application of air dispersion modeling to support these applications.
- Success in this position will be measured by the ability to maintain existing client relationships while expanding the practice to utilize available resources. The ideal candidate will also be able to sell other [Company] services and collaborate with colleagues in other fields to deliver full service consulting solutions to a diverse set of clients. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required as well as the ability to interact with other personnel at a variety of levels.
Job Requirements:
- B.S. in Environmental Engineering or related engineering field;
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience in performing air permitting and engineering work (M.S. is equivalent to 2 years of experience);
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.); and
- Must have Environmental Consulting experience.
