Salary: $15.00 to $30.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Truck and Coach Service Licence (310T)
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Major Work Area: Repair, Maintenance, Service
Type of Equipment Repair: Heavy trucks, Diesel or diesel-electric mining machinery and equipment, Dump trucks
Diesel Engine Repair Specialization: Exhaust systems, Cooling systems, Lubrication systems, Installation and alignment of engines and machinery
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, Test repaired equipment for proper performance, Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
Additional Skills: Keep maintenance reports and documentation
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)
