Our client seeks to appoint a Business Area Leader E2 who will effectively monitor project processes. Contribute to overall safety, health and sustained profitability of the shaft. Develop and coordinate short, medium and long-term plans for the shaft.

Requirements

• Degree/National Higher diploma in Mining Engineering
• Mine Manager certificate of competency
• 10 years hard rock mining experience, of which 5 years should have been as a section Manager in a section in a production environment
• Applicable Financial knowledge
• Experience in Employee Relations Matter
• Decline Shaft Sinking Experience
• Experience in Mine Development Projects
• Project Management Skills
• Medical fit for the position (Red Ticket)
• A proactive management style
• Applicable financial Knowledge
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders
• People Management
• Computer Literacy
• Valid drivers license
