Description Objective:

• Provide hardware and software technical support to the growing number of computer users in a manner consistent with Company policies and procedures. Handle incoming helpdesk support calls as directed by the Computer Systems Coordinator. 

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong Customer Service focus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support the Columbia River Branch Technical Support needs.
• Trouble shooting of IT problems for resolution.
• Minimum of 3 years of PC support experience with an emphasis on hardware/software trouble-shooting and problem resolution
• PC Support experience.

Required Education:

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of training, experience and certifications.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of PC Support Experience
• Use of computer applications including word processing, dababase and spreadsheets Required Skills & Knowledge: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated decision-making skills. Must have the ability to work in a high production environment, with accuracy at all times. Must be able to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines. This position is not eligible for relocation.
• Resolve local network and communication issues to maintain operational readiness.
• Assist in the maintenance of hardware inventory, licensing and asset rotation consistent with company policies and procedures.
• Support business applications to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Maintain open communication with Group IT Manager and local Business Manager to ensure effective problem resolution and establishment of priorities.
