Senior Structural Engineer

Client:  
Our client is a leading engineering and project delivery consultancy. They have over 40 major offices across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia. Our clients services extend across industries including Mining and Metals; Buildings and Infrastructure; Power and Energy; and Water and Environment.  Currently engaged in a major iron ore port expansion project in the Pilbara of Western Australia, they now require a Senior Structural Engineer to join the Perth team.  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 6-10 years + experience as a Structural Engineer possessing university Engineering qualifications 
• Previous EPCM & mining experience a strong advantage 
• A background in the design of bridges, buildings and infrastructure essential 
• A background in the design of marine structures including jettys, ports & wharves 
• The ability to liaise with clients and manage contractors 
• Knowledge of schedules & budgets & strong reporting skills 
• Excellent team skills & decision making capabilities
