Marketing Intern

Overview:

• We are seeking interns responsible for administrative support of Real Estate Business Development, Marketing and Sales activities.  Provides support for Market Segment Leader activities related to business development.  Conducts market research in our competitive landscape as needed.  Solicits input from staff on projects for the purpose of assembling information to build resumes, project summaries and other collateral as needed.  Assists with drafting, developing and producing marketing materials to respond to Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposal and client presentations in support of business development opportunities.  Assists with maintaining marketing information systems such as our centralized resume files, records of periodic submittals of standard forms (including standard government forms such as SF330) and our client relationship management database. Reports directly to the Business Development and Marketing Staff in the Real Estate Business Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Captures, organizes and inputs project information into our marketing systems in order to capture project data from multiple disparate sources
• Captures and organizes new information for our marketing systems in order to constantly renew and improve the quality of our messaging in marketing collateral
• Follows through on tasks related to conference organization and logistics and is available to support conference participants throughout conference preparation, attendance and follow-up
• Supports the administrative duties of the Real Estate Business Development, Sales and Marketing Team
• Strives to understand the nature and function of our contact management system and assumes primary responsibility for maintaining data quality
