Civil Project Manager

Randstad's construction, property & engineering division is currently seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Manager to join a mining and civil services company based in Perth.
 
You will play a key role within the management team and will take the lead position within the civil division.  You will lead by example and guide, develop and mentor a varied workforce.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing projects for concept to completion
  • Preparing plans, budgets, forecasts and reports
  • Project planning
  • Coordinate and manage project resources
  • Monitor project risks and implement contingency strategies
  • Document control, contracts administration, invoicing, problem solving
  • Lead and develop a varied workforce
  • Be involved in performance reviews and performance development
  • Continuous client interaction
You will have previous experience of working for a contractor and have worked on projects which have involved bulk earthworks and roads (compaction and planning).
 
You will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, be a strong team player and lead by example.
