Our client is a multi national cost consultancy firm with a established history in the delivery of cost and project management services across the building and civil infrastructure sectors of industry. They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Brisbane office. The initial project you will be working on from day one is a multi billion $ infrastructure project. The majority of future projects worked on will be large rail and road, mining and oil and gas, water projects across Queensland.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations.
• Financial control.
• Feasibility analysis, tender documentation and bill of quantities
• Forecasting, cost planning and client reporting
• Measuring
• All cost Estimates.
• Estimating from 1st Principle.

Applicants will need to possess a degree in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Experience of Cost X software would be preferable.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential.
