Buyer (Mining)

• Provide a procurement function to deliver on:
• Cost effective procurement of services and goods
• Procuring of contracts for scarce and specialized items
• Scheduling of goods and services delivery
• Professional tender processes
• Develop and maintain a procurement reporting system for the Company in consultation with the Finance Manager.
• Ensure contractor and service provider compliance to Company operating procedures.
• Monitor quality of services and goods delivered.
• Supervise the laundry and cleaning contract and on-site staff

Qualifications :

• Appropriate tertiary qualification(s) to support the role requirements e.g B.Degree in Commerce with procurement or purchasing
