Senior Manager II, O & M Operations

Job Description

• The site manager directs all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion. Responsible for site specific technical statement of work / performance and overall site operations. Responsible for all site day to day activities of assigned program site, including employees timesheets, performance evaluations, property control, facility, safety, security and daily production. Provides leadership, guidance, and career development to all site employees. Ensures adherence to company policies. Maintains a close coordination with the program manager. Most work will be done under firm, fixed priced prime contract with firm fixed priced subcontracts and procurements.

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
• Eight (8) years of work-related experience within the related field.

• Expert computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations
• Strong discretion and independence.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
