Vendor Data Expeditor

With strong success in meeting clients expectations, this global consultancy continues to prosper.  Recently been awarded a new engineering & procurement services contract for a global copper project, they now require a Vendor Data Expeditor to join the Perth team.  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Vendor Data Expeditor or Document Controller with previous mining experience 
• Knowledge & utilisation of Document Control Management Systems 
• Strong background in liaising with vendors to ensure timely submission of all documentation against the Schedule of Vendor Data Requirements, monitoring submissions, identifying delays etc 
• Background in processing of documentation through internal review processes 
• Strong progress reporting and team skills 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Email, Scanning software and file management, distribution, transfer and manipulation technologies 
• Ability to interpret and implement process to issued Procedures and Work Instructions 
• High attention to detail required
