Your Future Company:
Our client is a dynamic gold mining company with operations located in West Africa. With the project entering a crucial development point, they have an immediate need for an experienced Camp Manager to oversee their growing camp activities.

Your Future Role:
 This role creation is a one-off opportunity for a Camp Manager to join this rapidly evolving team. Some of the exciting challenges the successful candidate will undertake include:
  • Managing all camp activities
  • Preparing monthly camp budgets
  • Reporting weekly to the Project Manager
  • Overseeing all existing construction work on site
  • Following up of all general procurement for camp needs
Your Existing Competencies:
 In order to be considered for this position you will demonstrate:
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience as a Camp Manager
  • Previous experience on a remote mining project in Africa 
  • Fluency in both French and English essential
  • OH&S Qualifications necessary 
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills
  • Immediate availability as this amazing opportunity will not last
The company offers excellent working conditions and an attractive salary package. (Possibility of FIFO or a residential contract for the right candidate)
