PTEP - ERP Warehouse Keeper

Job Description

• [Company] Tubular Products plant in Lone Star, Texas, is seeking a Part-time employee to establish a departmental warehouse utilizing Oracle.

Roles & Responsibilities
Includes the following duties:

• Responsible for maintaining parts inventory, obtain and issue parts for work.
• Warehouse Keeper issues parts to the Work Order; ensure parts are available for work.
• Issue parts from warehouse using UWLT; they are manually transferred to an Emergency work Order sub inventory in Oracle so they are not available to other work orders.
• Set up and schedule PM activities.
• Include materials estimate and actual labor costs.
• Rebuildable, Fabrication and Contracting out Work Orders.
• Maintains a professional relationship with employees in the area to where safety, environmental, and production aspects are not compromised.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• Manages activities to meet departmental requirements and coordinates efforts with other areas/departments
• Minimum qualifications for the role
• High School Diploma/GED

Desired qualifications for the role

• Oracle experience
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
