- [Company] . is currently seeking a Construction Quality Assurance Technician for the Denver office. This individual will be responsible for:
- Construction Quality Assurance Technician for work on earthworks and geomembrane liner for projects related to the mining and solid waste industry. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to construction observation, field and laboratory testing, and design interpretation to ensure projects are completed in accordance with project design drawings and technical specifications. The technician will be expected to interact with both contractors and owners in a positive and constructive manner to solve issues that arise during construction. Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 Years’ experience.
- Troxler certification, construction related field management, soils laboratory, and survey experience.
- Position requires understanding of civil and geotechnical engineering design and background in earthworks construction including the ability to read and understand technical civil design drawings and technical memos.
- Travel, including travel for extended assignments is required.
- Daily report writing and construction documentation is required.
- The ability to communicate constructively with contractors, owners, and senior Golder personnel is essential.
- Current MSHA 24-hr New Miner certification preferred
