We are looking for recruiters with current experience in the booming Mining/Engineering sector; bring your expertise and pick your chosen discipline. To be successful in securing a role in this exciting phase of the QPL journey you will ideally possess;

• A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in your chosen field, with a consistent billing track record
• A real passion for recruitment as well as a genuine understanding of the importance of building and maintaining networks with both clients and candidates alike
• Vision and drive to be involved with a business from inception through to its inevitable success, and an understanding of the importance you play in this journey
• Drive to develop business through relationships and networks
• Innovative candidate attraction and retention strategies, especially across skill short markets and geographies
