The Client
  • Our Client is a leading manufacturer of specialised transportable buildings supplied to the Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities and other resource related Industries.
  • We have an exciting new role for an experienced Construction Supervisor.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
  • As the Construction Supervisor you will be required to supervise and carry out the manufacturing process. 
  • You will need to ensure that all works are completed on time, built safely, cost effectively and are in accordance with company procedures. 
  • You will be required to supervise all trade/sub-trade employees and contractors on site.

Key Duties:
  • *Ensure that all manufacturing activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
  • *Ensure that all major/minor/near-miss incidents are recorded, communicated and actioned.
  • *Exercise a high level of technical expertise in manufacturing and construction process.
  • *Supervises all aspects and stages of the manufacturing process
  • *Works both autonomously and collaboratively
  • *Consults with and exchanges ideas with management and employees at all levels
  • *Provides ongoing support required by manufacturing employees to succeed.


Skills & Background:
  • *A professional building or trade qualification, preferably a carpenter
  • *Demonstrates knowledge of and commitment to the workplace OH&S requirements
  • *A demonstrated high level of motivation to succeed
  • *A proven ability to work co-operatively in a team environment
  • *Demonstrate the ability to understand and review plans and drawings
