 Job Specification

  • C Upper
  • To be responsible for scheduling, programming, and directing the work of artisans to ensure machine availability and the required installation, testing and compliance inspections of plant and machinery, using technical and supervisory skills.
  • Directs the artisans employed by the Company for the assembly, installation, alteration, repair and testing, as well as fault diagnosis of machinery parts and other equipment.
  • Schedule work and resources as required.
  • Over-inspect installations and equipment as required, inclusive of compliance
  • inspections.
  • Execute duties as directed by the Resident Engineer.
  • Manage artisans in an effective manner.
  • Direct the operation of the department within an approved budget and
  • maintenance plan.
