Technical Mining Sales Reprehensive
A Global Leader in the underground mining industry has an immediate opening for a Technical Sales Representative in the Barrie Ontario area:
- must have a track record in technical sales, strong mechanical background
- structural familiarity with understanding of fabrication
- effective verbal and written communication skills on a technical level
- with excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
- ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications and drawings, prepare proposals and site visits
- Must be able to travel throughout Canada, USA and South America travel 50-85 days in a year
The following is considered beneficial but not necessary:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or Technologist Diploma
- Knowledge of underground mining
- Second language skill (French and or Spanish would be an asset)
- Experience in the underground mining industry
