Project Controls Specialist IV (Cost)

Job Description
Assist in the preparation of Project Controls requirements for a project. Activities include but are not limited to:

• Performs timely forecasts
• Recommends solutions or recovery plans to cost impact or delays
• Develops and analyzes the project income statement and prepare analysis for management
• Identifies variances between budget baseline and actual cost data, against plan
• Provides status of reserves and contingencies
• Coordinates review of project profit/risk analysis
• Participates in weekly cost reviews
• Provides accurate historical data
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office. Minimum 12 years’ experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
