Surface Drill Rig Diesel Mechanic

A leading Mining Company is seeking the competent services of a Surface Drill Rig Diesel Mechanic to be based in the Mpumalanga Province. It is highly important to note that you would only be considered for this position if you meet the minimum requirements. Kindly edit your CV accordingly to your experience and to include all of the necessary machinery and essential requirements as listed below within your CV too.

  • Candidate must have a completed a Trade in either Earth Moving Mechanics or Diesel Mechanics-ESSENTIAL
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of post apprenticeship experience in an open pit environment-ESSENTIAL
  • Must have a valid Drivers License-ESSENTIAL
  • Must be medically fit-ESSENTIAL
  • Must have own tools-ESSENTIAL
  • Must be prepared to work shifts-ESSENTIAL
  • Must have experience on the folloing machinery: Sandvik Drill rigs: D25KS, D45KS, Atlas Copco Surface Drill rigs such DM45, Pitviper
