The successful candidate will oversee all facets of stationary and mobile equipment maintenance for a new large scale underground mine.
The incumbent will have a minimum of 5 years of related progressively responsible management experience, with the proven capacity to lead and coach people for maximum results. The incumbent must have technical knowledge of hoisting processes as well as an understanding of underground operations as a whole, and be up to date on technological advancements in this area. The incumbent must also possess proven administrative, communication, planning and computer skills.
