Camp Attendant / Housekeeper

Easternwell Camp Management is currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Camp Attendants to join our award winning team.  Easternwell Camp Management provides professional catering and housekeeping services to the onshore oil and gas industry.

 Easternwell Camp Management has in place long term contracts with major energy producers within Australia.  We offer new employees a long term and sustainable career in the catering industry.
Working on a fly in, fly out basis to remote locations throughout Australia, this role is generally rostered on a two weeks on, two weeks off basis.

Key tasks of the position are:
• Ensure that work is scheduled, planned and carried out to company, client and legislative requirements.
• Maintain a high level of cleaning and housekeeping to company and client satisfaction.
• Report to the Human Resources & Safety Manager all incidents relating to occupational health and safety, food safety, health and well being and nutrition.
• Communicate to the Operations Manager, Field Support Supervisor or Camp Manager on issues relating to catering activities and functions.
• Comply with company and client policy and procedures including adherence to all workplace health and safety requirements as per the HSE Management Plan.
Required skills, experience and knowledge:
• Possession of a current manual driver’s license and a current Apply First Aid qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Ability to self manage your own workload, and meet the daily deadlines of the Camp Attendant role.
• Demonstrated ability to read, plan and interpret housekeeping schedules and procedures related to the camp and its operations in isolated environments.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene requirements to Easternwell Camp Management standards.
