Distribution Manager

Responsibilities

• This position will manage a team of dedicated employees and will be required to perform with minimal assistance in all areas of responsibility.
• Balance inventory and CEP levels against current and future business levels
• Supervise and schedule the workforce to meet customer needs and ensure maximum profits Ensure that parts and CEP units are transported to a customer site in an efficient and timely manner
• Operate warehouse with positive labor relations Ensure all safety rules and policies are followed and that required training is conducted.

Qualifications

• This position requires 5 or more years’ experience in a parts management and distribution environment, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of local customers and mine personnel is required. A basic understanding of Joy equipment and inventory theory is necessary. Specialized skills in material handling, inventory, management and storage techniques are also essential. In addition, due to the service nature of the business, the successful candidate must reside near the Pineville Warehouse facility.
