Field Service Representative
Responsibilities
- Provides customers with timely support on the installation of new and rebuilt Joy equipment, insuring customer satisfaction. Provides customers with technical support in the repair and troubleshooting of both new and remanufactured Joy equipment. Assists the Sales Engineer with the development of customer specifications when preparing specific machine proposals. Assists the Sales Team in meeting territorial sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Position requires 3-5 years underground experience related to the repair and installation of both [Company] electrical and mechanical components. Preferred educational background is a BS in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
