Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

• [Company] Hydraulics plant located in Mountain Home, AR has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Engineer. This position is responsible for the creation, ownership, and improvement of all processes plant-wide. Responsible for leading/supporting in a teaming environment. Manufacturing Engineering responsibilities across the plant including the following activities: cost reduction / cost out projects, product cost estimating, developing and maintaining production standards and standard work. Assist in the coordination of the capital spending program, insuring accuracy of BOM and routings within ERP system, and assisting in new product launch.

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 0-2 years engineering work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
