Responsibilities

  • This staff position reports to the company's Area Sponsor.  Position will support Office Engineering activates and requirements.   
Duties will include but not limited to:  
  • Internet marketing, research, RFI & RFP coordination, document preparation, basic estimating, CAD documentation, office administration, purchasing, invoice management, internal mail, proposal development, and front office clerical duties.
  • Safety.
  • Estimating.
  • Purchasing.
  • Cost management.
  • Trend tracking.
  • Document control.
  • Contract administration.
  • Planning, scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Associate Degree.  
  • Computer Aided Design or Drafting experience a plus.
  • Must possess ability to  understand civil/structural technical contract information and drawings. 
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies. 
  • Must possess ability to read and understand civil/structural technical information and contracts.                                                   
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an engineering environment.
