HOW WILL YOU MAKE YOUR MARK?
• Provide support in litigation matters and assisting in overseeing various claims and outside counsel which may include extracting procurement and/or accounting information from the various systems used at CNRL
• Assist joint venture accounting in collecting old and outstanding receivables, including drafting demand letters, filing civil claims (and attending small claims court as the company’s representative), and instructing outside counsel
• Handle accounting queries as they arise
• Research various aspects of land contracts or joint venture agreements as well as applicable legislation, and thereafter provide a summary of findings to Director and/or Vice President
• Provide overall assistance for all activities relating to Commercial Operations and its sub-departments

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Typically 5+ years of related industry experience with relevant post secondary education
