Maintenance Manager- Mobile Plant

About You:
To be successful as a “Maintenance Manager” you will need to have a few things in your toolbox:-
  • Demonstrated leadership and management qualities
  • Relevant trade qualifications and 10-years or more direct experience
  • Experience in managing people in Fixed, Mobile & Electrical plants for breakdown, repair and scheduled maintenance on mining equipment
  • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy levels, and a willingness to commit for the long term
  • Maintenance Manager will ensure that the plant runs safely, productively and efficiently
  • Strong focus on Mobile Plant is mandatory
  • Commitment to safe maintenance operations
To be considered for this role you will possess: 
  • Mechanical Degree or Trade qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Mobile plant maintenance, crushing, Milling, floatation, conveying knowledge
  • Detailed knowledge in planning and scheduling
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of SAP and CMMS
  • Manage groups of mixed trades (75 trades personal) across a diverse environment
  • Required to manage, motivate and control staff in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
