HSE Advisor - Coal

Easternwell Energy is Australia’s leading integrated energy and Minerals Company offering flexible, 
innovative and cost effective solutions to wider mining, oil and gas and infrastructure industry.  
Due to recent growth Easternwell is expanding operations in Queensland. Currently exceptional 
opportunity exists for motivated and enthusiastic persons to become HSE Advisors and make their 
mark in the dynamic Coal industry. 

Suited to persons from industries with strong standard operating procedures and safety systems, 
responsibilities of the position would include but not be limited to the following: 

• Monitor field based operational compliance to HSE legislation  
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited training packages  
• Complete baseline audits  
• Conduct random Alcohol testing in the field  

The following experience / qualifications are required: 
• Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety or near completion 
• Ability to complete Certificate IV Training and Assessing 
• Proven ability understand quality assurance and safety management systems  
• Proven ability working outdoors and in remote locations  
• Ability to work 2x2 field based work roster  
• Current C Class licence  

The successful applicant will provide a high level of service and support, have excellent 
communication skills and a positive team attitude. 

Similar industry experience is desirable however applicants from other industries will be considered
