Site Manager needed for Junior Gold Miner. FIFO 2:1 Roster. Great Remuneration Package - New operation to work on. Skye Recruitment are working with is a junior gold miner and gold exploration company based in the Eastern goldfields of Western Australia. The company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily CIP processing operation as well as site safety and environmental management issues.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Reports
- Develop, Monitor and Maintain Production Budgets
- Assist in developing maintenance schedules
- A firm understanding and commitment to Safety and compliance to OH&S regulatory requirements
- Providing strong, effective leadership to build a culture of employee empowerment, involvement and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Previous Site Management or Senior Superintendent experience (10 years minimum)
- Experience in gold CIP processing environment
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
- The ability to build high level business relationships Competent with various Microsoft Programs (word, excel)
- You will be based on site on a 2:1 roster from Perth. An attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate based on skills and experience which will include base salary, incentive bonuses and share options.
- Candidates can expect base salaries to start at $160K - $180K depending on experience.
