Transportation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in writing reports and analyzing systems using transportation modeling software
• Participate in the planning, design and construction services for transportation projects.
• Draft proposals and quotations for MTO, municipal and private project opportunities.
• Meeting and developing a respectful relationship with clients during performance of project assignments.
• Expected to travel throughout Ontario with occasional travel anywhere that exp provides services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of Transportation Engineering experience
• Experience in transportation modelling and roads/highways design is required
• Recent experience with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario's policies, practices and procedures
• P. Eng or C.E.T designation
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills;
• Demonstrated ability to perform individually or as a member of project teams
