Geology Intern

• [Company] is currently seeking an Intern Geologist to assist with field investigations, sampling, data collection and management, and preparation of technical reports. This position is located at [Company]  Sunnyvale, California office.

Qualified candidates should have the following experience and attributes:

• Previous work experience in an engineering or geology firm is not required but considered a plus
• Enrolled in a BS geology or geologic engineering program in a college or university
• MS Office competent – strong Excel skills a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Solid organization and time management abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• High level of personal integrity with a strong work ethic
• Interest in completing a broad variety of tasks
• Willingness to travel locally to other offices in Northern California or nearby states as dictated by workload needs
• Qualified candidate must pass a physical examination and drug screen, as a condition of employment & possess a valid driver's license. The Intern Position will provide hourly pay; no relocation expenses, or benefits.
