Ready Mix Plant Supervisor (Batchman)

Responsibilities:

• Manage entire plant operations to ensure efficiency
• Batching, inventory management, scheduling of raw material deliveries and occasional preventative maintenance
• Manage a staff of about fifteen drivers
• Ensure efficiency of drivers
• Work effectively with external and internal customers

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience supervising a Ready Mix (RMX) concrete plant
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task with a track record of performing with high ethical standards.
• Must be goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus
• This position is seasonal
• Overnight work and weekend work will be required
• Must be willing to travel to different plants within the greater Milwaukee area
