Geology Manager required - World class Cu-Au deposit - FIFO

I'm looking for a Geology Manager for a client of mine with a world class Cu-Au porphyry deposit in pre-development.

Responsibilities:
> Management of the Geology department
> Management of all technical outputs of the geology teams through the various feasibility stages of development
> Reporting with timely, relevant and comprehensive geological information/data
> Manage the development and implementation of geological policies, procedures, systems and processes
> Manage the development of the geological understanding and modelling of the oxide and porphyry deposits
> Management of spatial databases for the development of the deposits and other regional targets
> Manage the development and implementation of effective EH&S systems, policies and procedures related to the Geology Department
> Contribute to the short to long term planning processes that enable optimisation of the geological function
> Manage and account for budgeting, cost control and asset management

Qualifications:
Geology Degree with approximately 10+ years’ experience in geological functions with a balanced mix of exploration geology and mine geology experience, including:
• Geology department management experience in significant sized projects.
> Experience in consultant and contractor management
> Experience in minerals exploration> Experience in contributing to scoping and feasibility studies.
> Experience with leadership of the resource modelling process
