Human Resources Development Practitioner

Our esteemed client in the mining industry is looking for a skilled, qualified and energetic individual to take up the role of HRD practitioner. This is a strategic role seeking an individual with proven experience and a flair for HRD and OD (development).
The incumbent will be responsible for the management, co-ordination and administration of : performance, talent and succession planning and management
Skills and knowledge:
  • 2-3 years relevant organizational development experience
  • Performance and succession management
  • Management of position profiles
  • Management of IDP’s
  • Mentoring, coaching and successor development
Qualifications and experience
  • A relevant B.degree is required (focused primarily on the social sciences)
  • Post graduate an advantage
  • Candidates from similar industries will be given preference
