Under general supervision, performs basic Project Control activities. Those activities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintains familiarity with scheduling/cost/accounting basic terminology of the scheduling/ cost/accounting field, as well as its principles and concepts
- Understands the principles of a Work Breakdown Structure
- Collects data, inputs updates and produces basic cost/scheduling management reports. Requires accuracy in gathering data. Maintains orderly records to ensure the integrity of the system
- Possesses strong personal computer skills. Requires proficiency in the use of automated accounting and cost management systems as tools for performing required duties
- Takes responsibility for self-checking the accuracy of his/her work and that of subordinates, if applicable
- Provides and collects historical information
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
- Prefer Bachelors degree for this position or minimum of six years of experience relevant to Engineering, Construction, Project Controls and/or Estimating
