Mining & Maintenance Opportunities in Australia

BGC Contracting Pty Ltd is a contract mining and civil construction company with operations in both regional Western Australia and Queensland.
 
We are currently seeking experienced personnel to fill the following positions,
 Drillers
This position reports directly to the D&B Supervisor and is responsible for the   safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment to achieve the project daily production targets.

Allrounder Operators
This position reports directly to the site supervisor and you will responsibly for operating  (Komatsu – excavator up to 200t, graders – 16g, dozer - D10, watercart)

Dump Truck Operators 
This position reports directly to the site supervisor and you will responsible  for operating a 785 Komatsu dump trucks

Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics
This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintenance repairs, servicing and rebuild tasks on Komatsu equipment.

Drill Fitters
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is required to have a proven track record in maintaining Atlas Copco drill rigs)
               
The successful candidates will be required to have Mining experience, high level of safety awareness and excellent understanding of safe operating procedures, hold the relevant qualifications and be able to provide a minimum of 3 work references. All positions will be regionally based and will “fly-in-fly-out” from Perth, Western Australia on a shift roster.
