Registered UG Mine Surveyor

  • 5/2 RESIDENTIAL ROLE

REGISTERED SENIOR UG MINE SURVEYOR

Our client is a Copper/Gold exploration and mining company with an underground copper mine in NSW.  They seek a registered UG Mine Surveyor who will report to the Technical Services Superintendent. 

You would be required to:
  • Provide effective survey control and spatial information services for operations
  • Mine planning
  • Environmental, 
  • CHPP and other customers
  • Survey control 
  • End of month volume calculations and reporting 
  • Ensuring statutory requirements are met 
  • Conducting engineering surveys
  • Involved with recruiting and mentoring 2 UG Surveyors
 Suitable candidates will have:
  • 3-5 years underground Surveying experience
  • Ideally a Degree/Diploma in Surveying
  • Proficient in Vulcan, AutoCAD, Surpac, Minex or similar software packages
  • Proficient with up to date Surveying equipment
In return, the salary on offer is C$150k plus super and benefits
