Overview

This client is looking for a talented CNC Machinist that has experience operating horizontal boring mills and lathes using Fanuc controls for the day and afternoon shift.

Are You Qualified?

• 2-3 years’ experience working in a heavy machine shop
• 5+ years’ experience working with Fanuc controlled horizontal boring mills and lathes
• 1-2 years’ experience working with overhead cranes

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Company environment is laid back but extremely focused
• Raw material lifting on and out of machines
• Utilizing an overhead crane for heavy parts
• Have to be able to set up tooling and minor program editing at the machine

Attributes

• Strong team-player that focuses on jobs but is willing to help and discuss solutions to issues as they arise
• Some flexibility in shifts as there is a weekly rotation
