This opportunity is with a smaller developer based in the GTA. They are looking for an experienced Condo / ICI Senior Project Manager who wants to take control of their career.
This team is in growth mode and this role has tremendous growth potential over the long term. This group is invested in residential projects all over the GTA and has a number of projects in the ICI market as well.
A very competitive pay scale that will range based on experience.
Qualifications:
- 8 years + construction experience as a Project Manager working on towers of min 15 floors above grade
- experience in Residential high-rise construction taking projects from start to finish
- commercial High-Rise experience is an asset
- thorough understanding of the tendering & bidding process
- some ICI Building Exposure is an asset
- Leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Organize, plan and manage the pre-construction design, construction and post-construction stages for all residential and commercial/industrial projects and developments.
- Created project budgets, project objectives and schedules to establish project performance and resource requirements.
- Approve all Project expenses and prepare monthly budgets for financial lenders
- Manage construction of both residential and commercial/industrial projects
