Proven performance in:

• The guidance of Construction Managers to maximize their performance
• Accurate reporting on project performance to keep to timelines
• Ability to liaise with client in regards to projects progress
• Enable projects safety and efficiency
• All financial and safety performance in projects under their direct control

As the Senior Construction Manager you will have a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes with a broad but strong background working on large multi-billion dollar projects. In this role you will be required to develop strong relationships with both internal personnel, stake holders and external clients alike. The successful candidate will thrive on reaching targets and be results driven with commitment in relation to the implementation of the HSEC procedures as well as all other aspects of his role, leading always by his own example.
 
If this is of interest to you, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• A tertiary Qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
• 10+ years experience as a Construction Manager working in an EPCM capacity
• Ability to lead a large team towards positive and timely outcomes
