Dozer/Grader Operators

We are currently looking for experience Dozer/Grader operators, who have a minimum of 2 years current mining experience
Operating a 2 x 1 roster, FIFO from Perth, working at various mine site locations.

The plant operator reports directly to the site supervisor / manager and is responsible for operating machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Be able to operate Komatsu Graders
  • Be able to operate Komatsu Dozers
  • Ensuring that the Machine is in good working order and all defects are reported immediately
  • Follow all site procedures
  • Follow all site instructions from management
  • Fitness for work and fatigue management

The Applicants should have
  • Previous experience of mobile equipment operations / works in quarry / crushing environments.
  • Relevant competency tickets.
  • Awareness of safety on mines, earthworks projects, sites and plant and equipment.
  • Mine Health Surveillance
  • High level of self presentation, safety and hygiene.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills at a high level.
  • Ability to lead, manage and participate in project teams.
  • Current motor vehicle drivers licence - WA ‘HR’ class.
  • Ability to work in remote locations as required.
  • Physically mobile and reasonable level of fitness.
  • The ability to work as a team player within a dynamic and continuously changing work environment.
  • National Police Clearance
