Earthworks Supervisor - Bowen Basin

We're currently accepting expressions of interest from experienced Earthworks Supervisors for a number of projects in the Bowen Basin.
 
Reporting directly to the Project Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the management of work teams.
 
As Supervisor, you will ensure:
  • Plant and equipment is inspected, used and maintained in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation and maintenance manuals, specifications, drawings
  • Measuring and testing equipment required for the work area is properly identified, calibrated, adjusted and labelled
  • All processes are carried out by qualified tradesmen in accordance with approved procedures
  • Eecords and documents are filed in accordance with contract filing system
  • Non-conformances are recorded and take corrective action as necessary
  • The inspection of worksites to see that appropriate housekeeping is carried out in work areas
  • Completion and verification of Daily Supervisors reports
To this Supervisor role you’ll bring a significant amount of relevant experience with large-scale bulk earthworks. You'll be experienced in supervising a large crew of Equipment Operators and associated plant equipment. It's important that you share our attitude to safety and connect with our company values.
