Project Engineer | FIFO -10/4 | Major Civil Earthworks/Greenfield Mine Project

Our client is looking to recruit a Site Engineer to work on a new camp construction contract involving bulk earthworks, drainage, services and infrastructure for a major mining client.
 
The Company:

A recognised growing mid tier civil contractor they have a large number of secure projects in the LNG, mining and road infrastructure sectors with major blue chip clients for 2012 and 2013.  With a top tier system and quality approach combined with the benefits of being a mid tier they would be great place to progress your career delivering $50M - $100M+ projects.
 
Job Details:
  • Join the project from the start and be part of a dynamic engineering and delivery team
  • Reporting to the Project Manager responsible for the forecasting, budgeting, planning and mentoring of site engineers
  • FIFO, 10/4 roster into Mackay from QLD, NSW, VIC
  • Competitive salary including site allowances, accommodation, food, flights and transfers
  • Progression to Senior Project Engineer and Project Management
Minimum requirements:
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years experience on site with a mid or top tier civil contracting company delivering $20M+ earthworks related projects is a must
  • Ability to carry out a 10/4 FIFO roster
