Lebanon Cost Accountant

Responsibilities

• Midwest is a conglomerate of Warehouses and Sales Offices. The cost accountant is responsible for cost analysis for hydraulic component, sub-contract related orders, rebuilds, and order closure/problem resolution for both components and parts. Some invoicing is required.
• Margin, variance, and period cost analysis is critical for understanding cost and expense issues associated with inventory changes, SG&A expense, rework, warranty and other variances. Knowledge of service management and production orders is required.
• General ledger accounts and financial statements are analyzed and reconciled to appropriate sub-files on a monthly basis for Midwest Locations.
• Internal controls and corporate procedures are followed to insure audit compliance and accurate financial reporting is maintained for Midwest locations. Minimal travel is required

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and two to four years’ experience in field or related area.
