OCE/Supervisor

As an international mining house, this company is going to offer you benefits that some of the smaller players and contractors cannot. Fixed in a number of Bowen Basin mine sites, this company has a clear focus on expansion and growth whilst keeping high standards of mine safety. This site alone is earmarked for a major expansion.

Currently, they are looking for an OCE/Supervisor to join their team on a 7:7 roster. This role is not a straight OCE role as it encompasses the duties of crew supervision. If you are really looking for a challenge, this could be the ideal role for you. There is a very good team and also culture at this site which will make the transition that much easier.

All the regular requirements are in place at this mine site those being a QLD OCE ticket, S1, 2, 3 and G2. Also you will have:

• A clean safety record
• Strong understanding of mining practices
• Thorough knowledge of statutory requirements
• Proven experience supervising
• Excellent communication skills
• 3yrs minimum as an OCE
