Parts Sales Representative

Job Description:          

• Assist customers by accepting parts orders and processing them in the most expedient, efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in all Parts Department areas preferred.
• Must have experience in AG
• Must have Caterpillar reference sources knowledge and use experience.
• Must have sales techniques sufficient for recommending additional parts needed.
• Must have knowledge of Caterpillar parts, customer operations, customer transportation methods and Parts Department procedures and policies relating to Parts Sales Orders and Credit Memos.
• Must have knowledge of Parts Exchange components, Caterpillar and Allied product lines and applications, and all parts related work areas and their functions.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have knowledge using DBS, SIS, Antares, and Microsoft applications.
