Senior Marketing Coordinator

Overview:

• We're seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help coordinate marketing and sales activities, set day-to-day priorities, and balance long-term project assignments in alignment with the company’s strategic plan. This is a regular full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and occasionally leads development/production of high quality qualifications and proposals working with technical staff.
• Works cooperatively with senior professional staff to coordinate business development and sales activities.
• Develops content and maintains marketing collateral materials.
• Coordinates conferences and events in collaboration with technical and other marketing staff, as needed
• Provides project financial assistance to the Construction Services group.

Requirements:

• 5 years of related industry experience with demonstrated organizational, writing, graphic, desktop publishing, and PowerPoint presentation development /production skills.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite and demonstrated experience with analytical and financial analysis are required. Bachelor's degree required.
