Job Description
This is a key engineering role within a complex and challenging process plant. Reporting to the Maintenance & Reliability Superintendent, you will be tasked with continuing the development and advancement of the reliability engineering strategies and processes within the engineering team. Your ultimate objective will be to enhance the performance, availability and life of a wide array of equipment and plant within this impressive operation.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria:
- You will have a tertiary qualification within a engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering.
- You will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a reliability engineering role, ideally within a processing, manufacturing or heavy industry operation.
- As a key member of the engineering and reliability team, you will expected to display a thorough understanding of the reliability principles such as RCA, RCM FMCEA and PMO. In addition, you will have the expertise and know how to enable you to identify reliability and maintenance strategy improvements within what is a well established and efficient engineering and maintenance team.
- You will possess the interpersonal and communication skills required to interface across multiple teams both technical and non technical.
